If you are an Office 365 Admin responsible for managing your Office 365 users it can be tough to know which Office 365 subscriptions and how many licenses you have available to assign to a new employee.   Before creating a new Office 365 account you can easily check for license availability by going to the Billing section in the Office 365 Admin Portal and click on Licenses.  This real time report shows the list of active subscriptions, the number of Valid licenses and how many are assigned.

Remember, at any time if you need an additional license simply send an email request to BErequest@blueedgeconsulting.com listing which subscriptions you need to have changed and the number of additional licenses you need.
